"Untitled window" item

Steps to reproduce:

1) Download IrfanView
2) Install/unpack and run
3) Open any image, click Enter (to enter full screen mode)
4) Click enter again (leave full screen mode)

An unclickable taskbar entry will appear.

This could be a regression stemming from commit 118810ad3bac91bfeea81e4408059d48c158e8c5 but it itself fixed a bug, so I guess it's a fallout from a new feature.

Still not fixed in version 9.17.

https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/6728 was meant for a different bug but it actually fixes this, probably the right way.
