Wine crashes when I tried to open image from local drive in the Photoshop CS6.

Reminds me of bug 16144 and some duplicates of it, if that is the case "winetricks atmlib" should help.

Yes, Photoshop.exe was installed on ntfs partition

That's not supported, you have to install it with wine.

I reinstalled the Photoshop under wine, it gives the same error

Please update your winetricks and try again, I don't have such problem here.

winetricks is already the newest version (0.0+20141009+svn1208-2ubuntu1).
...


Hovewer I downloaded the W2KSP4_EN.exe manually and put it into ~/.cache/winetriks/win2ksp4/ directory.

after then I execute "winetricks atmlib" 

Now Photoshop works without errors.

That is the latest version provided by Ubuntu, it is not the last version of winetricks =)
