after transcoding, may be it is my fault,

This happens after first start MediaCoder version 0.8.28.5588 after transcoding audio only from .mkv.

Your Wine version is old; please retest in 1.7.12 or later.

Hi, and THX but upt-get report that Wine is newest version. My system is Linux Mint 16 Xfce.

You need to add the Wine PPA. http://www.winehq.org/download/ubuntu

OK, wine1.6 is installed, but I do not know how install mono for netframe?

Using wine-1.7.12-141-gaa22a3c, I opened an mkv, chose 'Job' then 'transcode audio only'. It works fine, and in 1.6 as well. How can someone reproduce this?

OK, wine version is 1.6, and Mediacoder works fine, now I must learn howto with it! Thanks for all.
