Keil Uvision 3 (PK51 version) crashes when coming out of hardware on chip debug session of the executing program.

Hello,

your Wine version is old.

Upgrade to Wine 1.6 or better 1.7.x and try again.
You might need to reinstall the application in clean/new WINEPREFIX after upgrade.

It worked fine after updating the Wine version 1.7.x
