On my last test on wine 1.5.3, Battle City Remake works fine, but now in 1.7.4 I get error:

There's no need for regression test (I already know what patch caused it). The fopen function fails when mode string is "rb0".

It's fixed by commit 647817b018fc5eb5223e5938581a8eb2eb3fcc8d.
