The version 3.2.0.76 is the latest version released in today (or yesterday maybe).
I try to install and run it within Wine 1.7.2 and remove ~/.wine before install.
The installation is complete, but I cannot run this application by double-click the shortcut Wine created and command line.
The OS I Use is Ubuntu 13.04 x86-64 Desktop Edition, and the backtrace is in attachment.

Btw, LINE version 3.1.10.37, the latest version before version 3.2.0.76 released,  is work fine in my machine.
And I think video chat, the new feature in LINE version 3.2.0.76, is the reason that doesn't work on Wine 1.7.2 (another new feature is "List the group inviting you in friend list"...I don't know the original text in English)

Does `winetricks -q vcrun2008` helps?

Could you provide a +tid,+msvcrt,+seh log with buitin msvcr90 as
http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log described?

I run the command
"WINEDEBUG=+tid,+msvcrt,+seh wine .wine/drive_c/Program\ Files\ \(x86\)/Naver/LINE/Line.exe >> log.txt 2>&1"
and upload it in attachment "debug trace".
Is it work for you?

Hello, please retest from a clean wineprefix, (that means don't use winetricks), other wise the log is not useful, thanks!

OK，I re-upload the new one that I just remove the .wine folder and re-install LINE before I create it (without running "winetricks -q vcrun2008", of course).
Take a look, and I hope it is useful for you ;)

But maybe you'll get the newer version if they release. Everyone can only get the newest version in the official website.

line version 3.2.0.76 with wine 1.7.2 run crash

i try use 

1.winecfg 

2. in the Libraries tab "New override for library" 

3. type in msvcr90 and click on Add.

4. you will see in the list below. 
   select the msvcr90 
   Set it to Native (Windows) and click OK.

it works fine

It's crashing because copy protection is not allowing to forward following functions to msvcrt:
