1. wine it, and click 'next'
2. can't load FAQ

While I clicked on 'Next', I found that in terminal output:

err:msi:msi_dialog_create_controls no handler for element type L"Hyperlink"
---
So I wonder if this bug is caused by msi.dll

mshtml/shell32 is more likely

No it's an MSI feature that was added in 4.5.
