I downloaded http://pc.115.com/download/115UDown_3.2.8.15.exe then installed it on my fedora 16.But I can't launch it and I know nothing about how to solve it.

Please attach the terminal output instead of the application crash log:
wiki.winehq.org/FAQ/#get_log

When is it crashing? Right after you started the application, or after you logged in (whatever this application is).
I'm on Fedora 17 and the application starts here, tested with Wine 1.5.3 and wine-1.5.7-252-g1f01355.
The application must be launched in fullscreen mode, because in virtual desktop mode there is only a systray icon is visible which doesn't respond to mouse clicks.
The application interface is in Chinese, some kind of login dialog is visible after starting, but I couldn't proceed further.

Just when I started the application, it crashed.I couldn't see its login dialog

You need to install wine-gecko package, it's described here http://wiki.winehq.org/Gecko/.

Sorry, I just realized I havn't installed gecko successfully.I'm trying to reinstall it.After that, I will retry and send new log here.

The problem still exists.But this time it didn't close itself.It couldn't launch and I had to kill it.

I don't get a deadlock in wine-1.7.33-50-g7eed378, could you retest?

I could install it, run it but the program has no use in current form.

Installs and runs, but not usable at current form wine 1.9.12-git.

Well, I think I should send the behavior on my PC now

1. install it
$ sha256sum 115UDown_3.2.8.15.exe 
68de686022815a86f4eb0dc70d9c860c5e52a26c2eeb1ff019690ea7bea0a05c  115UDown_3.2.8.15.exe

2. 
$ cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/115/UDown

$ wine UDown.exe

4. A black screen is shown
