The uTorrent progress bars in general, files and pieces tabs show garbage.

Are you by any chance using open source ATI drivers? Can you check if proprietary (ATI Catalyst) drivers work for you? Can you make sure Vesa drivers work?

I cannot reproduce it here, it doesn't seem like a Wine problem.

uTorrent 2.2.1 and latest 3.0 with wine 1.3.22
I'm using the open source radeon driver and testing fglrx isn't possible since my graphics card isn't supported any more. The bug doesn't show when using fbdev.

I have this issue with my Radeon X1300, OSS driver. I thought it was related to this since reverting to 6.12.7 used to work but it doesn't anymore: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=354101

And now that version isn't available, but my last revert try failed anyway. Seems radeon related. gentoo amd64, wine-1.3.21(from portage), and also tried a very recent git version. Hope this can be worked through.

So you confirmed my assumption - this bug is in open source drivers, not in wine. Please, file a bug report at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ against open source radeon driver.

There's already a similar bug concerning open source Intel drivers: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=28798
