The installation starts but it fails at the start and after says installation incomplete.

Notable

Repairing also fails as well as removing.

stub for SetupDiSetSelectedDevice is in http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/?a=commitdiff;h=8fffb22f1e3e81dd5f745020f6fb235a9794697b please retry with wine 1.3.11

It looks like it completes the installation, whoever it complains about it an incomplete installation. It appears to copy all the files to the appropriate places but it complains on start about a missing virtual SCSI driver not being detected which is maybe what makes the installation not being completed.
