If I try to run any of realarcade installers I got this errors:

do you have downloadlink for these games, or are they not free.

Please re-try with a fresh ~/.wine

every game of realarcade (and they are hundreds) has free download and an option to play an hour free, for example here:
http://www.realarcade.com/game/fishdom
and choose "download free".

I tried with a fresh ~/.wine and wine 1.0 and that's the message I got.

is a sign of a broken ~/.wine

This installer expects windows scriptinh host installed.
Do 'wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks && sh winetricks wsh56'

Now it gets a tiny bit further, but errors out with another error. Couldn't get any further for now :(

Try starting it with full path e.g. i did

wine "z:\\sda6\\rommel\\RealArcade-Installer_fishdom_ambientv2.exe"

Then it gets again a tiny bit further for me, but i cannot click the downloadbutton.  Dusty, can you confirm this?

that didn;t work for me, but still a bug in mshtml. With native mshtml, shlwapi and urlmon i was able to download and start the game btw

yeah, forgot to say you also need to do

I'm using Wine 1.1.20 (compiled from source using gcc version 4.3.2 20081105 (Red Hat 4.3.2-7) ) on Fedora 10 i386. 
I tried to run program (Windows version XP) by wine program.exe

I managed to run "RealArcade-Installer_adventuresofrobinsoncrusoe_ambientv2.exe"
with following overrides
mshtml.dll (size 2.7 MB) 
msls31.dll (size 143 KB) 
urlmon.dll ( size 589,5KB) 
shlwapi.dll (size 462,5KB) 
shdocvw.dll (size 1.4MB)
Then i run "winetricks msxml3 wsh56"

Can anybody confirm the same results?

With 1.3.6 it silently exits. All I spotted in logs is failure while loading Lua runtime (probably):

The 'I Agree' button does nothing, though, just outputs a bunch of

lines.  
And winetricks ie6 didn't seem to help work around this - that blows up sooner.

With the downloadable version of http://www.gamehouse.com/download-games/luxor
and winetricks wsh57 (else it exits silently), I get a COM error dialog:

Doing
  rm -rf ~/.wine
  wsh57 vcrun6 oleaut32=native
  cp ~/GameHouse-Installer_am-luxor_gamehouse_.exe ~/.wine/drive_c

gets it past that, and lets it put up a good-looking window 
(though it doesn't paint until you click on it, and it doesn't respond to clicks).

I don't think this installer is going to run any time soon.

If you replace scrrun.dll with the MS version, it will get a little further, but will fail with ieframe.dll problems.

If you replace ieframe.dll with the MS version, it also demands msrating.dll, ieui.dll, iertutil.dll.

After installing these, it still fails, perhaps with advapi32.dll problems. 

I gave up at that point.
